Interestingly I did one for the more experienced here and focused on honing your gifts of awareness. Throughout this podcast I channelled someone new that really helped, and people have reported to me that I seemed much clearer.

I discussed channeling for relatives, which was/is a very tough thing for me to do, please do not be dis-heartened if you cannot too.
